Branding
Customise your helpdesk with your logo, colours, and fonts
Your helpdesk is white-label by default — there is no third-party branding visible to your team or customers. The Branding tab in Settings lets you make it fully yours.
Logo
Upload your organisation's logo using the logo uploader. Accepted formats are PNG, SVG, and JPEG. The logo appears in the sidebar header and on any customer-facing emails. For best results, use a transparent-background PNG or SVG at least 200px wide.
Colours
Two colour pickers control the look of your helpdesk:
- Primary colour — used for buttons, links, active states, and accent elements throughout the interface.
- Sidebar colour — sets the background colour of the navigation sidebar.
Pick colours that match your brand guidelines. The interface updates in real time as you adjust, so you can see exactly how it will look before saving.
Fonts
Choose a heading font and a body font for your helpdesk. Google Fonts are supported — type a font name to search and select from the full library. Font changes apply to every page in the application.
Dark and light mode
Both dark mode and light mode are independently customisable. Switch between the two previews to fine-tune colours for each appearance. Your users can toggle between modes using the theme switcher in the sidebar.
Named themes
Once you have a look you are happy with, save it as a named theme. Themes let you:
- Save your current branding configuration with a memorable name.
- Restore a previously saved theme with one click.
- Switch between seasonal or campaign-specific themes without reconfiguring from scratch.
Live preview
Every change you make on this page is reflected immediately in a live preview panel. Nothing is saved until you click Save — so experiment freely.
Branding changes apply instantly to all users in your organisation once saved. There is no need to ask team members to refresh — updates propagate automatically.
