Connect your helpdesk to your CRM and automate support workflows

Your helpdesk is designed to work alongside your existing CRM, not replace it. By connecting the two systems, you get automatic contact syncing, embedded access so agents never leave the CRM, workflow automation that triggers actions in either direction, and ticket records visible directly on CRM contact profiles.

Integration is set up during initial installation and can be fine-tuned at any time from Settings. Once connected, your team can work from whichever interface suits them — the standalone helpdesk, the embedded view inside the CRM, or a mix of both.
