Subscription

View and manage your helpdesk subscription

The Subscription page shows your current plan, billing status, and payment details. Navigate to Agency Admin > Subscription to view it.

Subscription summary

Your subscription page displays:

  • Current plan — The tier you are on and what it includes.
  • Billing cycle — Monthly or annual, with the next payment date.
  • Sub-account seats — How many sub-accounts are active versus your plan limit.

Beta tier

During the beta period, all agencies have access to the helpdesk at no cost. Your subscription page will show the Beta tier with no payment required. When the beta ends, you will be notified in advance and can choose a paid plan before access is affected.

Beta includes up to 3 sub-accounts. If you need more during beta, contact support.

Billing portal

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View past invoices
  • Change your billing details

Pricing model

Pricing is per sub-account seat, billed to the agency. Your own agency sub-account (if you designate one) is included free. Each additional client sub-account counts as one seat.
