Manage your subscription and billing
Billing is managed from the Agency panel and is visible only to users with the owner role.
Subscription overview
The billing page shows your current plan, its status, and usage details. During the beta period, all accounts are on the Complimentary plan with full access to all features at no charge.
Beta accounts enjoy free access to the complete feature set. You will be notified well in advance before any paid plans take effect.
Pricing model
When paid plans are introduced, billing will follow a per-seat pricing model based on the number of sub-accounts under your agency. Your owner sub-account is always included in the base plan at no additional cost.
Stripe-powered billing
Payments are processed through Stripe. When billing is active you will see:
- A Subscribe button to select and activate a plan.
- A Manage Subscription link that opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and change your plan.
What happens on expiry
If a subscription lapses, access to the helpdesk is restricted until the subscription is renewed. Your data is never deleted — it remains available once you reactivate.
