GHL Single Sign-On

Seamless login from GoHighLevel without separate credentials

When you open the helpdesk from within GoHighLevel, you are automatically signed in using your GHL session. There is no separate login, no extra password to remember, and no manual setup required.

How it works

The helpdesk detects when it is running inside GHL and authenticates you via a secure session handshake. This happens in the background — you simply click through to the helpdesk and you are already logged in.

SSO works on both native GHL domains and white-label (custom domain) GHL installations.

Multi-agency users

If your GHL account has access to multiple agencies that each use the helpdesk, you will see an agency picker after SSO authentication. Select the agency you want to work in, and you will be taken to that agency's helpdesk.

Fallback behaviour

If SSO authentication fails for any reason — network issues, expired session, or browser restrictions — the helpdesk gracefully falls back to the standard login page. You can sign in with your email and password, or any other configured authentication method, without losing access.

SSO is automatic and requires no configuration. As long as the GHL app is installed and your user account exists in the helpdesk, signing in from GHL just works.
